Shoulders and some SVU

Today’s workout consisted of a long walk while watching my favorite show ever (Law & Order SVU) and a little bit of shoulders. I opted for a long walk simply because my I-pod died as soon as I got on the treadmill and I need music when I lift. Okay... and I got caught up in a really intense episode-but at least I was moving while watching it, right? Well anyways, here was today’s workout!

Time to complete: 1 hr 35minutes

Cardio:
50 minute treadmill: Completed 3.09mi  Incline 9.0. 4.0-4.3mph

Circuit 1:
Facepulls( high): 4 sets 15 reps: Wt: 35lb, 35lb, 45lb, 45lb
Military Press: 4 sets 10 reps: Wt: 20lb (each arm)
Shrugs: 4 sets 12 reps: Wt: 50lb ( 25lb plate each arm)
Complete circuit 4 times, resting 30-45 seconds between rounds

Circuit 2:
Lateral Raises: 4 sets 10reps Wt: 10lb (each arm)
Overhead Rear Deltoid Fly w/ Cables: 4 sets 10reps: 10lbs each side
Barbell Raise: 4sets 10 reps Wt: 40lb
Complete circuit 4 times, resting 30-45 seconds between rounds


 Abs Circuit:
Stability Ball Sit Ups: 4 sets 30 reps
Stability Ball Pikes: 4 sets 10 reps
Bicycles: 4 sets  20 reps ( If you count each side individually you will do 40 reps)
Penguins: 4 sets 20 reps ( Count is same as above)

 Complete circuit 3 times, resting 30-45 seconds between rounds
