Strictly TRX

Today’s workout was strictly dedicated to TRX bands and it took me less than an hour to complete! That right, less than  one hour! I introduced TRX bands last week when I went to the UFC gym with Ryan, and I found a set at my gym.  I was extremely sore the next day from using these bands and realized these were a great tool to incorporate into my workouts. Today I used the TRX bands again, and this time I’m introducing Tabata style!

Tabata style is a type of H.I.I.T workout. For completing this style of workout, select a few types of exercises and perform them for a short amount of time with short rests in between. Example: Perform air squats for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and complete the exercise for a total of 4 minutes. It sounds easy, but you'll be sure to get a good workout if put everything you have into it!

Cardio:
30 minutes speed bike

Circuit 1: Tabatta Style- Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, resting 10 seconds in between for a total of 4 minutes.
Bicep Curl
Rows
Tricep Extensions
Crunch and Curl
Chest Press
Squat and Row
 24 minutes Total
