Light Cardio and Abs

 Hoping everyone enjoyed their cheat day yesterday! I sure did! I hiked down Montford with some of my best friends and my lover! Typically I workout in the afternoons, but today I had to go later this evening. Captain Morgan sure got the best of me last night, but I still went to the gym after sleeping off my hangover for a few hours. ( I'd feel guilty skipping the gym when I just had a cheat day.)
Now what you're here for. Today’s workout consisted of cardio and abs.

Time to Complete: 1 hour

Cardio:
·         30 Minute Tredmill  ( Run 3 mins at 8.0mph, walk 3 minutes at 4.0mph)
·         15 minute elliptical 

Abs:
·         Flutter Kicks: 20 reps
·         Stability Ball Pikes: 10 reps
·         Reverse crunches: 20 reps
·         Russian Twists: 20 reps
·         6 inch holds:  1 minute
Repeat circuit 2 times resting 45 seconds between rounds.
